Either online or in your home, my Antenatal Care Packages are designed around your own unique circumstances with payment plans to suite your budget.
If you're having Supplemental Antenatal Care, your NHS midwife or private obstetrician will carry out all clinical checks such as blood pressure, blood testing and scans of your baby. I will ensure that your pregnancy is progressing as expected and that your baby is healthy and growing well, providing seamless, advice, information, education and support to supplement those appointments and refer you back to your primary care team if there are any concerns. We'll also explore concerns you and your partner may have around the rest of your pregnancy and work through your preparation and plans for birth.
Each appointment will last at least one hour with approximately 8-10 appointments
There will be plenty of time for discussion during these appointments and times arranged to suit you and your partner's lifestyle.
Appointments are normally every 4 weeks from your first appointment, with each appointment lasting at least 1 hour. Should you book the additional 'Unlimited Messaging', you'll also have access to me outside of those appointments with any concerns you may have during your antenatal care period.
Your primary care provider, either NHS of Private Obstetrician will organise or provide any scans or blood tests that are needed however if I detect anything of concern I will update your primary care team and may also refer you for further investigations.
You partner is a vital part of this journey to parenthood and as such antenatal care appointments can also be managed around their schedule. There's also a dedicated course for partners to help them understand their role during pregnancy, birth and when baby comes home.
Once you've booked your antenatal care with me, you'll receive electronic guides and checklists throughout your care along with access to your own dedicated online folder.
